Indications.

Urinary tract is the system that forms urine and excretes it out of body. It includes bladder and kidneys  and ureter. Any germs penetrate into this system, they cause an infection. Most of the urinary tract infections affect bladder. A bladder infection usually is not a serious problem if it is treated promptly. If not treated promptly and sufficient care of a bladder infection is not taken then, it can ascends to the kidneys. And this kidney infection is now a serious may cause permanent damage to the kidneys.

Burning pain in urethra when passing urine.

Frequently passing urine, but not much quantity of urine is passed.

Tenderness and heavy feeling in lower abdomen.

Passes cloudy, strong smelling and strong colored urine.

Causes of urinary tract infections

Usually, the organisms enters into the system through urethra. The organisms that usually cause these infections are present in large intestine hence found in stool. when these organisms enter into the urethra, they ascend into bladder and kidneys. Women have more tendency to get bladder infections than men. Because women have shorter urethras then men, so organisms move easily up into the bladder and cause infection. Having sex also can make it easier for organisms to get into urinary tract. You may be more likely to get an infection because of inadequate intake of water, Diabetes, Pregnancy, Kidney stones or an enlarged prostate gland.

Dr.Sirkhot’s S#20 Drops is tailored in the manner that it covers all the symptoms and causes mentioned above.

Dosage :

In acute conditions take every 1 - 2 hours 10 drops in lukewarm water. In chronic conditions take 3-4 times daily 20 drops.

Recommendations :

·          Drinking lots of water, this helps make the urine less concentrated and flush out the infection. Increased water intake also strengthens body's defense mechanisms.

·          Passing urine frequently and completely, to empty the bladder each time.

·          For relief from pain, take a hot bath or apply a heating pad over lower abdominal region.

·          S#2 if Kidney stones are associated with UTI.

·          S#9 and S#33 can be added to the prescription if patient is Diabetic.

·          S#11 if leucorrhoea is present in the case.
