First Consultation (New Case)

The consultation process is simple. Just click on the link  Consult Now. the case-form page opens just fill in the information asked to you after completing the form click on the send button

Diagnosis

Dr.Mushtaq A.S.Sirkhot and Dr.Farooque A.S.Sirkhot will review your medical health questionnaire and will make a diagnosis. In the event that the doctor requires further information from you they will send you a message which you have to reply and provide the further information. 

Note: We will do our best to analyze your case and establish diagnosis within 3 days of it being submitted. Occasionally it may take slightly longer depending on the volume of consultations awaiting approval.

First Prescription

Once a diagnosis has been made, you will receive an e-mail informing  you a diagnosis,  with details of treatment and payment details.

Delivery

So long as your payment is received your medicines will be dispatched within 3 business days. All packages are sent by professional courier services or whichever suggested by you.

Follow-ups (Repeat Prescriptions)
