ACTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONTENT:

Kalmegh: A remedy for sluggish liver functions, dyspepsia, loss of appetite, flatulence and liver neuralgia.

Carica papaya: Corrects liver malfunction, helps to control the secretion of bile during conditions of jaundice. Improves appetite.

Myrica ceri:Reduces inflammation of the liver, pain in the hepatic region, loss of appetite and dyspepsia.

Chelidonium majus : A liver remedy for jaundice caused by hepatic and gall bladder obstruction, dysfunction due to inflammation and enlargement of liver.

Chionanthus vir: Good for enlarged liver and spleen with excessive secretion of bile, jaundice and cirrhosis.

 Indications: Hepatic disorders jaundice and sluggish liver functions. Dyspepsia and indigestion. Helps to improve appetite.

Dosage: Adults - 1 teaspoon three times daily after meals, Children: Half the adult dose

Precautions :

A heavy- fatty diet should generally be avoided during the state of liver malfunction. Consumption of liquor should be absolutely stopped if the liver is to be given a fair chance to heal and resume its normal functions.
